Bertha weakens to tropical storm near Bermuda (Reuters) - 07-13-2008, 02:15 PM

Reuters - Hurricane Bertha weakened back into a less-menacing tropical storm on Sunday after stalling for a day near the British colony of Bermuda, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said.
