Miami police arrested DMX outside a Wal-Mart on Thursday, charging him with failing to appear in an Arizona court. Born Earl Simmons, DMX was supposed to attend a pretrial for marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession on Tuesday. Those charges aren't the only ones he's facing in Phoenix, either.
