Liam Neeson and Orlando Bloom, both known for trafficking in period pieces, have agreed to star in a currently untitled film based on Bill Carter's Fools Rush In, a book about his time living as an aid worker in the war-torn city of Sarajevo during the Balkan siege that lasted nearly four years.
