Ducks' Carlyle inks 2-year extension (AP) - 07-23-2008, 08:41 PM

Anaheim Ducks coach Randy Carlyle has signed a two-year extension, putting him under contract with the 2007 Stanley Cup champions for the next three years. Terms were not announced. "In our view, Randy is one of the top coaches in the NHL," general manager Brian Burke said in a statement issued Wednesday.
