A rain and wind storm caused a delay of the start of the St. Louis Rams-Kansas City Chiefs exhibition game Thursday night. A team spokesman said the scheduled 7:05 p.m. EDT kickoff would be delayed at least one hour. The storm hit the stadium about 5:30 with strong wind and heavy rain, chasing fans under the stadium overhang and sending players and coaches scrambling off the field into locker rooms.
