Rockets F Hayes has surgery on nose (AP) - 08-29-2008, 04:10 AM

Houston Rockets forward Chuck Hayes had surgery Thursday to repair a broken nose. The 6-foot-6 Hayes, Houston's third-leading rebounder last season at 5.4 per game, was hurt during a morning workout.
