Argentina wins Olympic basketball bronze (AP) - 08-24-2008, 08:04 AM

Carlos Delfino had 20 points and 10 rebounds as Argentina defeated Lithuania 87-75 on Sunday to win the Olympic bronze medal in men's basketball. Luis Scola added 16 points and Andres Nocioni had 14 for Argentina, which won the gold medal in 2004. It's the first time the Argentines have won back-to-back Olympic medals.
