Spiezio pleads guilty to misdemeanor DUI (AP) - 04-07-2008, 09:34 PM

Scott Spiezio has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving and hit and run charges involving a December car crash in Orange County. A spokeswoman for county prosecutors says an attorney entered the plea Monday. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped aggravated assault, assault and battery charges.
